4-Day ART & Hip-Hop Workshop

Join us for four days of songwriting, storytelling, art, and imagination! Kids will team up to write and record an original hip-hop song with conscious hip-hop artist Kosmic-T (Tanin Shunter)—no experience needed, just creativity and enthusiasm!

With Acorns and Aprons, young artists will craft their own spirit animal masks using templates and a light table. Confident artists can design their own, guided by Artist Angela Meilleur. Plus, explore engaging visual arts projects!

On the final day, kids will film a collaborative music video featuring their masks—no faces filmed, just movement, expression, and storytelling.

By the end of the workshop, kids will have:

  • Written and recorded an original hip-hop song

  •  Designed and painted an animal mask

  •  Filmed scenes for a collaborative music video

  •  Explored hands-on visual arts projects

  •  Played and moved through outdoor activities

This workshop fosters self-expression, teamwork, and creativity—an unforgettable experience in music and art! Kosmic-T finalizes the beats, and Acorns and Aprons edits the video, which will be shared within a week
